Delivery and Shipping Policy for Bahiya Elashkar:

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Bahiya Elashkar. We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. Please read the following Delivery and Shipping Policy to understand our shipping terms and conditions.

Delivery within the UAE:

We are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All the orders placed within the UAE will be delivered through our trusted local courier partners. Kindly note that delivery times may vary depending on the location, but we aim to deliver on the same day if orders are received before 8am. Orders placed after 8am will be delivered the next business day.

For our international customers, we offer shipping services through our reliable international courier service. The shipping rates for international orders will be based on standard rates, which will be specified at the time of checkout. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

• For high-value shipments (HVS), customs formal clearance will be carried out, and all related fees (bill of entry, customs duty, taxes, etc.) will be billed back to the shipper or consignee depending on the mode of shipping (DDP or DDU).
• Domestic Shipment: Courier Delivery’s liability is a maximum of 25.00 AED of the invoice value of any order.
• Three attempts at delivery will take place for each shipment, after which, if the attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order, a full delivery charge will apply as an RTO charge.
• When applicable, credit card delivery charges of 2.63% of the value of the order would apply to local UAE deliveries.
• Reverse pick-up (shipment collection) will incur the same charges for delivery as per the above table.

• Regional Courier T&C:

Up to two delivery attempts will be made for each shipment. Any additional delivery attempts requested by the client will be charged an extra fee of AED 13.00 per attempt.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs Clearance for International Orders:

It is important to note that all taxes, duties, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges imposed by the customs department of the destination country will be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at the time of checkout.

Order Processing and Shipment:

Once the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process your order either the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that weekends and public holidays may delay the order processing timeframe.

Shipment Tracking and Updates:

We provide a tracking number for all orders shipped within the UAE and internationally. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier's website. Additionally, we will also send regular updates via email or SMS to keep you informed about the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

It is crucial to ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order. We will not be held responsible for any delays, additional costs, or misplacement of shipments resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we may cancel it and process a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

• International Courier T&C:

• All undeliverable shipments will be billed as per the rates indicated in this proposal.
• Additional KWD 1.0 stamp fees for shipments destined for Kuwait
• The maximum COD value of goods that the courier will agree to deliver is AED 5,000 per shipment.
• The client is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. The courier’s liability is a maximum of USD 100.00 of the invoice value of any shipment.
